- Your request for a refund is made within 30 days of the purchase date

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase.
If your refund request is not approved, we will provide an explanation for the decision.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service that you have purchased from Visualize Cyber Solutions, please email us at support@visualizecybersolution.com If the cancellation request is made before the service has been started, we will issue a full refund. If the service has already been started, we will prorate the refund based on the amount of work that has been completed.
